Is the flight ticket and visa fee included in the packages?
No. the Flight Ticket and Visa Fee(if needed) are not included in any of the Summit Packages. Delegates and participants must book their Flight Tickets directly from the Airline or through a local travel Agency.
Who can participate in the ISDR Summit?
The International Summit on Disability Rights is open to anyone ages 18-year old and up: representatives of companies, Disability rights activists, Human Rights advocates, Lawyers, Youth Advocates, Disability-owned business representatives, Service-Disabled Veterans, Diversity and inclusion officers, Equal Employment Opportunity officers, HR managers and corporate decision-makers, Workplace accommodations professionals, as well as anyone who is passionate about human rights and are dedicated to effect change in their communities.
Do you offer FREE tickets or Scholarships?
No. The ISDR Summit is a self-paid conference.
Will I get a Certificate?
Yes. You will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights that also recognizes you as a Disability Rights Advocate. You must attend the Plenary Sessions in Day 2 and 3.
Do you offer hotel accommodations?
Yes. The Full Experience package includes 4 nights accommodation at 5-star hotel in a double shared room. Upgrades are available for an extra fee. The package includes all meals.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, however there are only limited seats available. The ISDR Summit is a very popular event that has been requested for year by many of our supporters. Due to current health restrictions, seating is limited. We encourage that you upgrade as soon as possible.
Can I get a refund if unable to attend?
If for any reason you would like to refund your ISDR 2022 ticket we offer a full refund up to Nov.1st . Within 30 business days we will not be able to offer a full refund but we will be able to push your ticket to the following event or offer you virtual access.
How to Get an Invitation Letter for sponsorship or Visa purposes?
After checkout, our team verifies your registration and issues your invitation letter. Please note that we will issue an Invitation Letter only to confirmed delegates who have registered to attend and completed the payment process.
How do I make a payment?
Payment can be made online via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal Account by clicking on any of the packages. If your card is not working, that probably means it is not active for international transactions. You need to contact your bank and inform them that you intend to make an online payment so that they can activate it for you.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If for any reason you would like to refund your ISDR Summit ticket we offer a full refund up to 30 days of the event. Within 30 days we will not be able to offer a full refund but we will be able to push your ticket to the following event. Why? By 30 days prior to the event we will already have your welcome box in production and in the mail to your house. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the program. Email the Summit Customer Service Department at least 30 days prior to the event to transfer your enrollment. Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible. Complimentary enrollments are not eligible for refund.
