Exhibit Space

Expo locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited space is available.
  • Please note, due to space constraints, large displays will not fit, you will be contained to a total space of 10' x 10' or 3m x 3m.
  • ​​All exhibitors are responsible for any A/V, shipping, labor, power and drayage set-up costs. Those fees will be paid directly to our contracted drayage, host hotel, and A/V companies through our exhibitor kit that will be sent out electronically.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the dates of the "ISDR Summit 2022" Event?
It is happening on December 1st - 5th In Istanbul, Turkey.
I'm trying to book my travel. What times do I need to know about?
Event registration will start on December 1st from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm and the event will conclude on December 4th at 10 pm, with airport transfer the next day on December 5th.
Can booth representatives attend also the conference?
Yes. Each exhibitor will be assigned 2 complementary General Attendee tickets for company representatives. Tickets do not include accommodations at the hotel. 
Can I Bring My Spouse Or A Guest?
Yes. But because of our VERY limited seating, every person must purchase a pass to get into the event.  They can get their tickets here >> 
Am I permitted to share my booth space with another company?
Vendors are not permitted to share booth space at any time, for any reason.  
May I set-up a small table outside of the exhibit hall to share information?
Vendors are permitted to exhibit within their contracted booth space.  No other rooms or locations will be provided for exhibits of any type. Any tables or any display set-up outside of the exhibit contractee booth will be removed at the owner's expense.
Is the Exhibit Hall open to the general public?
The Exhibit Hall admission is FREE!!!
Open to conference attendees and to the general public. Istanbul, Turkey has over 16 Millions residents, without counting the tourists. The hotel is located in a central area with a lot of foot traffic.
